Termination of service renewals for continuing website endorsement, website development or mobile apps , game development or software customization services must be made at least 10 working days prior to the end of the current service period. Wishes acknowledged later than 10 working days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

In case any customer is not finally happy with our services we can provide a give back within 10 working days from project start date. The final refund will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us. The funds will be credited back to the Customer's credit/debit card and affect the Customer's credit/debit card balance in accordance with the credit/debit card issuer's terms of service. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of PayPal payment refund will be made to the same PayPal account. The funds will be credited back to the Customer's PayPal account and affect the Customer's PayPal balance in accordance with the PayPal's terms of service.
